Combined chlorine was not tested daily at pool side prior to use. (THE TESTING FOR COMBINED CHLORINE IS NOT BEING DONE CORRECTLY)
Test for combined chlorine prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use combined chlorine must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the combined chlorine must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use. (AT TIME OF INSPECTION CORRECT WAY TO TEST FOR COMBINED CHLORINE WAS DISCUSSED WITH LIFE GUARD. FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS ON TEST KIT)

Cyanuric acid was not tested weekly. (CYANURIC ACID IS NOT BEING TESTED)
Test for cyanuric acid level at least once/week. (AT TIME OF INSPECTION THIS WAS DISCUSSED WITH THE LIFEGUARD. IT APPEARS THAT NOT ALL OF THE TOOLS NEEDED TO TEST FOR CYANURIC ACID IS AVAILABLE. MAKE SURE TOOLS ARE AVAILABLE TO BE ABLE TO TEST CYANURIC ACID AT LEAST ONCE PER WEEK)

Critical POOL CHEMICALS ARE STORED IN A ROOM THAT IS ACCESSIBLE TO ALL POOL PATRONS BECAUSE POOL TOYS ARE STORED IN SAME ROOM.
LOCK ROOM THAT CONTAINS POOL CHEMICALS. BRING POOL TOYS OUT INTO A LOCATION THAT IS ACCESSIBLE TO PATRONS.

Tighten all ladders and handrails in the pool. Make sure that staff is properly trained on chemical testing.
