3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c)
Critical Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 1 ppm for the pool
Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i)
Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features.
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the disinfectant residual must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.

Combined chlorine was not tested daily at pool side prior to use.

The test results/service records for these devices must be kept on site for review. If the device has not been recently serviced, have the device tested immediately and provide documentation of the test results.

~ Pool chemistry MUST be tested PRIOR to the pool opening at 9 am.
~ Pool records must be dated
~ Pool records must be maintained for 2 years
~ Pool MUST be closed when there is 0 ppm of chlorine. Pool cannot reopen until there is the minimum of 1 ppm of free chlorine.
~ EcoLab was called at the time of this inspection and a tech is in route to help operation make necessary corrections/adjustments.
~ A "Pool Closed" sign was posted and doors locked to prevent guests from entering pool area.
