| 3701-31-04 (D)(7)(d) Critical Flow or pressure switch for controller was not operating correctly. Repair or replace switch so controller alarms and does not continue to pump chemical when there is no flow. Have the ACC unit serviced or replaced with a unit that has a flow or pressure switch with an automatic shut off valve. Provide records indicating that the unit is being tested monthly. |
