Repeat Combined chlorine was not tested daily at pool side prior to use. (FREE CHLORINE IS THE ONLY READING THAT IS BEING TAKEN AND DOCUMENTED)
Test for combined chlorine prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use combined chlorine must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the combined chlorine must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use. (FOLLOW DIRECTIONS ON POOL CHEMICAL TEST KIT THAT DETAILS HOW TO OBTAIN FREE CHLORINE, THEN TOTAL CHLORINE, THEN COMBINED CHLORINE. THIS WAS DISCUSSED WITH POOL OPERATOR AT TIME OF INSPECTION. ENSURE COMBINED CHLORINE DOES NOT EXCEED 1.0 ppm. IDEAL LEVEL OF COMBINED CHLORINE IS 0 ppm)

Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm. (AT TIME OF INSPECTION ALKALINITY WAS 50 ppm)
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.
3701-31-04 (E)(3)(b)
Repeat The unguarded pool was in use without the "Children must be supervised" and "Swimming alone is not recommended" signs posted. (AT TIME OF INSPECTION THERE WAS NO SIGN STATING "SWIMMING ALONE IS NOT RECOMMENDED"
Post the "Children must be supervised" and "Swimming Alone is Not Recommended" signs at all times the pool is available for use.
Comments
* Make sure that the chemicals on the pool are being tested PRIOR to bathers entering the pool and ALSO every 12 hours that the pool is open.
* Ensure that whatever chart you choose to use to document pool testing/record keeping, the chart contains all the required testing elements.
* Recommend restocking the first aid kit with more gauze packs or other means to contain blood in case of emergency.
* Recommend checking the emergency phone for dial tone and clarity.
