| 3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(4) Corrected During Inspection Critical Spa free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 2 ppm. At time of inspection repairs were made and the free chlorine level came back to above 2ppm. Do not operate the spa until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 2 ppm or above.  |
