This inspection was conducted because this pool has been closed since January 2019 due to broken and frozen pipes. This pool is okay to operate under current license. ~ Safety equipment was checked: life buoy, shepherd's crook, spine board. ~ Emergency phone is functional. First aid kit stocked and available. ~ Proper signage is on display. ~ Operator states that EcoLab is to install a new Automatic Chemical Controller and pool is to be converted to a salt system. Ensure that the new Automatic Chemical Controller is on the approved list available from the Ohio Department of Health. ~ An approved "Weekly Pool Operation and Incident Report" form was provided. Ensure to use this form to conduct and document the required pool chemistry. Maintain records for 2 years. ~ Incident reporting was reviewed ~ Responding to fecal incidents was reviewed
