| 3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(ii) Combined chlorine was not tested daily at pool side prior to use. Test for combined chlorine prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use combined chlorine must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use.  |
| 3701-31-04 (B)(6)(a)(ii) The interior of the pool was painted with a color not approved by the Director of Health. The paint of the spa is missing in numerous spots and is affecting the overall color. Submit paint color to the Director of Health for review and approval or repaint the interior white or another color that is on the approved paint color list. |
| 3701-31-04 (B)(6)(f) Required turnover rates were not met. Flow rate for the spa was at 40 gpm and needs to be at 53 gpm or higher. Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. If necessary, submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health to review and approve. |
