~ Remember to only use non-expired reagents - discard any that are past their expiration dates. ~ An Equipment Replacement Notification (ERN) form must be submitted to the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) for the automatic chemical controller. This pool had a Chemtol 250 which has been replaced with a different make and model, an Evoqua Blue-Sentinal. Equipment changes of different makes and models must be approved by ODH. Attached to this email is the required ERN. ~ Cell phones placed on a designated table are used for emergency phones. ~ First aid kit, shepards crook, buoy rings, spine board available. ~ Okay to license.
