| 3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(ii) Combined chlorine was not tested daily at pool side prior to use. Test for combined chlorine prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use combined chlorine must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use.  |
| 3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(vi) At time of inspection pool operator stated that he tested alkalinity on Mondays but is not documenting. Test alkalinity at least one time per week and it must be documented. |
| 3701-31-04 (E)(3)(b) The unguarded pool was in use without the "Swimming alone is not recommended" sign posted. Post the "Swimming Alone is Not Recommended" signs at all times the pool is available for use. |
