3701-31-04 (B)(4) / The licensee /authorized representative is keeping records
Repeat The licensee /authorized representative was not keeping or maintaining operational records at the required frequemcy. Multiple days were also missing readings.
All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request. The pool is not being tested at the required frequency every day. Pool needs to be tested at least twice a day as opposed to once a day and records need to be accuratly kept.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(a)(i) / 12 ft. non-telescopic reach pole with shepherd's crook is provided
Repeat No shepherds crook was provided in the pool area.
Facility shall have a shepherds crook purchased by the time of the next inspection.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(d) / First aid kit provided
First aid equipment was not provided. First aid kit is kept at the front desk but no signage was provided allowing swimmers to know its location.
Provide first aid equipment, including a first aid kit, at the pool at all times. Signage shall be put up by next inspection telling swimmers of the first aid kit location.
