Critical Corrected During Inspection Pump/equipment room and chemical storage container/cabinet observed unlatched/unlocked during pool operation, allowing unauthorized entry.
Keep pump/equipment room and chemical storage container/cabinet latched and locked at all times during pool operation unless actively in use by personnel.

3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(vii) / Cyanuric acid is tested weekly
Cyanuric acid was not tested weekly.
Test for cyanuric acid level at least once/week.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Repeat Observed maintenance hallway access door unlocked per Fire Marshall orders, but door did not latch closed by itself.
Ensure all doors with access into pool room will latch closed by themself to prevent unauthorized entry.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Repeat pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Repeat Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm. Observed at 50 ppm.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.
3701-31-04 (C)(6) / Pool water temperature does not exceed 90 degrees Fahrenheit without approval from the Director
Repeat Pool water temperature was above 90 degrees Fahrenheit without approval from the Director of Health.
Either reduce the water temperature of the pool to below 90 degress Fahrenheit or seek approval to operate at a higher temperature from the Director of Health.
