Repeat Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features. Pool is open from 6am to 11pm and the disinfectant residual is only tested once per day.
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the disinfectant residual must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.

Repeat pH was not tested daily at pool side and/or at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features. Pool is open from 6am to 11pm and the pH is only being tested once per day.
pH must be tested prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use pH must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the pH must be tested at 1 special feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(n) / Proper pool operating water level is maintained
The operating water level of the pool was not maintained. Water level was observed barely at the height of the skimmers. Water needs to be maintained around the middle of the skimmers.
Increase the volume of the pool water until the pool operating water level is restored.
