3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) / Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Wading pool disinfection residual tested at 0 ppm upon observation when tested. Wading pool voluntarily closed on-site and pool manager was called to address issue.
Pool will not be reopened until the wading pool disinfection residual meets minimum requirement of 1 ppm.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(t) / Equipment/chemical/storage areas are free of hazards/accessible only to authorized personnel.
Critical Observed the gate to the pump roop was unlocked upon observation.
Lock the gate to the pump room with padlock when not in use to prevent unauthorized access to this area.
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Repeat Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm, as it was tested at 50 ppm.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.

Pool manager arrived immediately on-site to address minimum chlorine residual issue in the wading pool. Pool was closed immediately and will not be reopened until the minimum chlorine residual level of 1 ppm is achieved.

The automatic chemical controller's visual alarm noting no flow was engaged upon observation. Manager noted this issue would be reviewed and diagnosed.
