Repeat Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features.Pool Chemicals must be taken prior to pool opening and atleast every 4hrs open.
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the disinfectant residual must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(q) / Depth markers/deck warning signs are maintained
Repeat Depth marker on side of pool states depth is 4ft 4inches other two sides of pool are 4ft 6 inches.
Replace the depth marker so that it states correct depth or submit verification from state that depth is acurate for side of pool.
