Repeat ORP reading was below 650 mv, as it was observed at 625 mv.
Have the ACC unit inspected to determined why the ORP is low.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) / Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Free chlorine was tested at 0 ppm upon observation. Pool was voluntarily closed on-site and chlorine was hand dosed into wading pool.
Pool will remain closed until free chlorine is tested at 1 ppm or above.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(e) / Equipment identification labels are maintained or on file
Main drain paperwork was not available on-site for review.
Replace the missing equipment labels or have the proper equipment information on site for each piece of equipment.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Wading pool entry gate closure piece was observed in disrepair.
Repair the gate closure piece.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8, as it was tested at 8.0.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
