[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B) / All facilities are maintained clean, safe and sanitary condition and in good repair.
Observed cap missing on water return on the bottom of the pool. Ensure a new one is bought and put in place.

3701-31-04 (B)(1)(a) / Outlet covers shall be installed/secured/in compliance
Critical Repeat No documentation for main drain cover was available upon request. Operator stated that they would contact the previous owner to obtain the paperwork. Operator was advised that if the paperwork can not be produced/the outlet cover is not within compliance the pool would be required to have a new one installed prior to opening next season.

3701-31-04 (B)(4)(c) / SVRS/APSOS/ACC test results/ service records are maintained
SVRS test results/service records were not being documented or maintained. The test results/service records for these devices must be kept on site for review. If the device has not been recently serviced, have the device tested immediately and provide documentation of the test results.

3701-31-04 (B)(5) / Records are maintained for at least two years
Records were not maintained for at least two years. Operator stated that they only retain pool records for one season. Maintain all records and have them available upon request.

3701-31-04 (B)(6) / Equipment is maintained per manufacturers specifications.
Observed chemical feeder line leaking. All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(j) / All SVRS devices are maintained/ functional and tested
Critical SVRS system has not been tested per the pool operator. Advised operator that they need to be performing regular tests on the SVRS system and documenting them.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(o) / Ladders/stairs/steps are in good repair/slip resistent
Hand rail and ladder observed loose. Repair or replace the ladders/stairs/steps so that they are slip resistant and in good repair.

3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
pH was observed at 7.0. Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.

3701-31-04 (E)(3)(b) / "Children must be supervised" or "Swimming alone is not recommended" signs posted
Repeat The unguarded pool was in use without the "Swimming alone is not recommended" sign posted. Post the "Children must be supervised" and/or "Swimming Alone is Not Recommended" signs at all times the pool is available for use.

3701-31-04 (E)(3)(c) / Location of emergency telephone posted when the phone is not visible.
Sign indicating the location of the emergency telephone was not provided and emergency device was not visible in the pool area. Ensure that a sign informing patrons of the location of the emergency device is always visible in the pool area. If the office is closed the pool was instructed to provide a secondary emergency telephone.
