[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) / Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required.
Critical Corrected During Inspection At time of inspection, observed 0 ppm of chlorine residual in pool. Daily water quality logs indicate that the pool has been this way for the past 3 days.
Management confirmed that a faulty mixer is responsible for the lack of chlorine in pool and immediately had part replaced. By the end of inspection, disinfection residual levels were observed around 10 ppm.
3701-31-04 (B)(4) / The licensee /authorized representative is keeping records
The licensee /authorized representative is not maintaining compliant water quality records. Alkalinity must be tested and recorded weekly and water temperature must be tested and recorded daily.
All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(f) / Required turnover rates are sufficient
Corrected During Inspection Required turnover rates were not met. Observed flow rate of 53 GPM when minimum required flow rate is 61 GPM.
Management immediately backwashed filter, which improved the flow rate to approximately 65 GPM.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(a)(ii) / A USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line provided
Repeat USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line was not provided at the unguarded pool. Bouy was in disrepair and throw line was less than 30 feet.
Provide a proper floatation device at all times.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(d) / First aid kit provided
Repeat First aid equipment and/or signage was not provided..
Provide first aid equipment, including a first aid kit, at the pool at all times.
