3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(ii) / Combined chlorine is tested daily at pool side prior to use
Combined chlorine was not being tested as required per water chemical log.
Test for combined chlorine prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use combined chlorine must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the combined chlorine must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(vii) / Cyanuric acid is tested weekly
Repeat Cyanuric acid was not tested weekly per water chemical log.
Test for cyanuric acid level at least once/week.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Flow meter was not functional as float within meter was stuck.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
