Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. Gauges on filters were not operating correctly.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(o) / Ladders/stairs/steps are in good repair/slip resistent
Ladders/stairs/steps were not in good repair or were not slip resistant. Railing for shallow end staircase was loose and needs to be tightened.
Repair or replace the ladders/stairs/steps so that they are slip resistant and in good repair.
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm. Total alkalinity was tested at 50ppm at time of inspection.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.
