Critical Electrical hazards were present in the pump room area. Pipes above pump motor observed dumping water onto space where motor rests.
Do not operate the pool when an electrical hazard is present. Pipes leaking onto electrical equipment must be serviced and repaired as soon as possible
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(c)(iii) / Floor areas in equipment, filter and storage rooms shall be free of standing water
Pump room observed to have actively draining water.
Leaks causing water pooling need fixed in a timely manner.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
