Observed some deteriorated concrete at pool deck. Observed peeling paint on pool floor. Observed scum line along perimeter of pool at water surface; recommend cleaning this area daily.

Combined chlorine shall be measured and recorded in the water quality logs each time the chlorine residual is tested.

Critical Corrected During Inspection At time of inspection, observed equipment/pump room left unlocked during operation hours. Discussed issue with PIC on site and door was locked immediately.
