The licensee /authorized representative was not keeping or maintaining operational records. Some dates in records book observed missing daily measurement readings with no mention of pool closure.
All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request. Ensure chemistry measurements are taken and recorded every day the pool is open and in operation. Mark any dates which the pool is closed.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(ii) / Combined chlorine is tested daily at pool side prior to use
Repeat Combined chlorine was not tested daily at pool side prior to use.
Test for combined chlorine prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use combined chlorine must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the combined chlorine must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(vii) / Cyanuric acid is tested weekly
Cyanuric acid was not tested weekly.
Test for cyanuric acid level at least once/week.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Repeat Observed back door of pool room leading to service hallway/pump room unable to latch itself closed and restrict access/entry to pump room/chemical storage.
Repair or replace door to service hallway/pump room to ensure door fully latches closed to restrict access to pump room and chemical storage from unauthorized personnel.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Repeat pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. pH observed at 7.0
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(1) / Combined chlorine shall not exceed 1.0 ppm.
Combined chlorine was greater than 1.0 ppm.
Treat the pool so that the combined chlorine is less than 1 ppm.
