| During the inspection, for the equipment inventory, that I have noticed that the operator has installed or added on to the pool a Safety Vaccum Release System(SVRS)/Automatic Pump Shut-off System(APSO)(Manuf:Emotron,Model#PSP20-20-25) on December 02, 2014, through Quality Swimming Pools,inc,approved by the State Health Department of Ohio. At the present time, other than the above change, all the other equipments at the pool as before, last year 2014 inventory report. |
