3701-31-04 (B)(6)(o) / Ladders/stairs/steps are in good repair/slip resistent
Ladders/stairs/steps were not in good repair or were not slip resistant. The hand rail for the steps of the pool was out of the foundation in the pool.
Repair or replace the ladders/stairs/steps so that they are slip resistant and in good repair.
3701-31-04 (D)(05) / Cyanuric acid level shall not exceed 70 ppm.
Repeat Cyanuric acid level exceeded 70 ppm. Observed Cyanuric acid at 100 ppm.
Drain the pool at least halfway and fill with clean water. Monitor the amount of cyanuric acid being used and adjust accordingly.
