[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) / Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required.
Critical Observed the disinfection residual at 0 ppm at time of inspection.
The wading pool was closed upon inspection when discovered that the disinfection residual was less than 1 ppm chlorine. The wading pool cannot reopen until the minimum disinfection residual of 1 ppm of chlorine is achieved. Recommended that the operator raise the chlorine level in which the Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) is set at. Correct By: 31-Jul-2018
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. Per the operator, stated that the flow meter was not working properly at time of inspection and this would be fixed by the next inspection.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.

Comments
Per the operator, Tri-Chloro has been hand fed into the wading pool when they have been having issues with the chlorine levels even though the facility is run on an ACC. Recommended that the operator raise the chlorine levels via the ACC instead of hand feeding Tri-Chloro into the wading pool.

At time of inspection the minimum chlorine residuals were not met, it was under 1 ppm chlorine. Per the operator, the wading pool was roped off and closed until these levels reach the minimum required 1 ppm chlorine.

A reinspection will be conducted on 7/31.

Reinspection rescheduled for 8/1 due to inclement weather - Rain
