Observed deteriorated surfacing on diving boards. Observed general concrete repairs needed at pool deck, especially along the perimeter of the gutters in the shallow end. Observed some build up/staining on pool floor.

Observed loose pool ladders at 3ft depth and at 5ft depth beside lifeguard post.

3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
At time of inspection, observed pH of pool water at 8.0 or greater. Operator to begin feeding sulfuric acid.

3701-31-04 (E)(2)(a)(i) / 12 ft. non-telescopic reach pole with shepherd's crook is provided
Currently, the shepherd's crook provided is telescopic. Operator is working to order a non-telescopic shepherd's crook.
