Flow meter was broken at time of inspection and operator was unable to interpret and use the pump curve. Therefore, a flow meter reading could not be obtained.
Operator to install a new and functioning flow meter by next standard inspection.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(o) / Ladders/stairs/steps are in good repair/slip resistent
Observed loose pool ladders not properly fastened to concrete.

3701-31-04 (E)(2)(b)(i) / 12 ft. non-telescopic reach pole with Sheppard's crook & a USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 - 60 foot throw line.
A 12-ft non-telescopic reach pole is not available at the pool deck.
Operator needs to eventually purchase a non-telescopic reach pole.
