Repeat Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. Observed that the flow meter was not working during time of inspection.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(a)(ii) / A USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line provided
Repeat A USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line was not provided at the unguarded pool. Observed that the flotation device did not have a throw line present.
Provide a proper floatation device at all times.
3701-31-04 (E)(3)(a) / "WARNING, NO LIFEGUARD", sign posted
The unguarded pool was in use without the "WARNING, NO LIFEGUARD" sign posted. Observed the signs were in the pump room but not displayed in the pool area.
Post the WARNING, NO LIFEGUARD sign in a conspicuos location at all times the pool is available for use.

The unguarded pool was in use without the "Children must be supervised" and/or "Swimming alone is not recommended" signs posted. Observed signs were in the pump room but not displayed in the pool area.
Post the "Children must be supervised" and/or "Swimming Alone is Not Recommended" signs at all times the pool is available for use.
