Repeat Observed damaged and/or patched concrete along areas of the pool deck. Also observed leaky plumbing inside the equipment/pump room.

3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(ii) / Combined chlorine is tested daily at pool side prior to use
Did not observe combined chlorine being tested at opening and once every 12 hours each day on the water quality logs.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Repeat Observed bobber stuck in the flow meter. Flow meter was observed at 150 gpm when required flow is 313 gpm.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(o) / Ladders/stairs/steps are in good repair/slip resistent
Repeat Observed mutliple loose ladders at pool deck. Observed loose railing on diving board.

3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
At time of inspection, observed pH of 8.0 during the water quality test. Recommend increased feeding of muriatic acid.
