[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B) / All facilities are maintained clean, safe and sanitary condition and in good repair.
Repeat Observed damaged and/or patched concrete along areas of the pool deck. Operator has made improvements with repairs, but concrete is pitted and uneven in areas. Observed black scum line on perimeter walls of pool; recommend daily cleaning of this area. Observed peeling paint on pool floor of the shallow end.

3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(ii) / Combined chlorine is tested daily at pool side prior to use
Combined chlorine shall be measured and recorded in the water quality logs each time the chlorine residual is tested.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(c)(iii) / Floor areas in equipment, filter and storage rooms are free of standing water
Repeat Observed leaks on plumbing of system in equipment room, causing water to pool on the floor.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(f) / Required turnover rates are sufficient
Observed flow rate of 305 GPM to be below the required minimum of 313 GPM; recommend more frequent back washing of filters.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(t) / Equipment/chemical/storage areas are free of hazards/accessible only to authorized personnel.
Critical Corrected During Inspection At time of inspection, observed equipment/pump room left unlocked during operation hours. Discussed issue with PIC on site and door was locked immediately.
