[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(f) / Required turnover rates are sufficient
Repeat Required turnover rates were not met. Flow reading observed at 75 gallons per minute. Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. If necessary, submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health to review and approve.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(o) / Ladders/stairs/steps are in good repair/slip resistent
Observed loose ladder. Repair or replace the ladders/stairs/steps so that they are slip resistant and in good repair.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(q) / Depth markers/deck warning signs are maintained
Depth marker on 4 ft side of the pool observed partially obstructed/ unable to be read due to new concrete being placed in this area. Replace the depth markers/deck warning signs so that bathers are able to clearly see the depth of the water and that no diving is permitted where clearly indicated.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Raer gate observed able to shut but not self-latch. Ensure all gates can self-latch to prevent unauthorized entry.

3701-31-04 (D)(05) / Cyanuric acid level shall not exceed 70 ppm.
Cyanuric acid level observed at 90 ppm. Drain the pool at least halfway and fill with clean water. Monitor the amount of cyanuric acid being used and adjust accordingly.
