The licensee /authorized representative is not maintaing daily water quality logs. At time of inspection, most recent test dated 08/20/20 (6 days prior). Also, water quality logs are not properly dated, making it impossible to interpret the data.
All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request.
3701-31-04 (D)(05) / Cyanuric acid level shall not exceed 70 ppm.
Cyanuric acid level exceeded 70 ppm. At time of inspection, approximately 100 ppm cyanuric acid was measured at the pool.
Drain the pool at least halfway and fill with clean water. Monitor the amount of cyanuric acid being used and adjust accordingly.
