3701-31-04 ( D )(6)(a)/ORP reading shall be 650 millivolts or greater.
ORP reading was below 650 mv
Have the ACC unit inspected to determined why the ORP is low.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c)/Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required.
Both the Total Chlorine and Free Chlorine residual in pool was 0ppm.
Ensure pool is closed by staff till residual is returned to minimum operational amount of 1ppm. Correct By: 18-Jun-2019
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(f)/Required turnover rates are sufficient
Required turnover rates were not met.
Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. If necessary, submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health to review and approve.(Numbering on the side of flow meter is hard to read and almost worn off meter.)
