Critical Repeat Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) was not functioning properly at the time of the inspection
Do not operate the pool when the ACC unit is not functioning properly. Ensure that the ACC unit is functioning properly prior to placing the pool back into operation. Correct By: 28-Aug-2023
3701-31-04 (B)(4) / The licensee /authorized representative is keeping records
The licensee /authorized representative was not keeping or maintaining operational records. Observed no records for week of 8-13-2023 to 8-19-2023.
All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request. Please be sure to maintain records for every day/week of pool operation when testing water quality for daily operations.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Observed outdoor gate nearest to glass doors to clubhouse unable to latch itself closed once opened.
Repair the perimeter barrier gate so the gate will latch itself closed after being opened.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
