Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. Operator stated that the flow meter may not be operating properly and this will be fixed at next inspection.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.

Tri-Chloro has been hand fed into the wading pool that is connected to the same circulation system even though the facility has an ACC. The Tri-Chloro has been fed into the wading pool when they have been experiencing low chlorine levels in the wading pool. Recommended that the operator just raise the chlorine levels via the ACC instead of hand feeding Tri-Chloro into the wading pool.
