Repeat Observed peeling blue paint on large slide. Observed water leaking from joints below the 2 slides.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(o) / Ladders/stairs/steps are in good repair/slip resistent
Repeat Observed loose ladders at the pool deck.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Repeat Observed perimeter barrier in disrepair behind the old pump room and across from the tube storage for the lazy river. Bottom portions of the fence in these areas may present gaps greater than 4-inches.

The following violation(s) have been corrected since the last inspection.
3701-31-04 (E)(4)(e)(viii)/Lifeguards are currently certified by an approved entity for life guard training
At time of inspection, the lifeguard certifications for a lifeguard on duty could not be located. It was noted that all of the certifications for a class of lifeguards trained earlier in the year could not be located. Operator is actively working to obtain these certification for their records.
Comments
I received email correspondence with photos from Colin, confirming that the lifeguard certifications in question have been obtained from the American Red Cross. Moving forward, the facility shall ensure that all active certifications are on file and readily accessible. This will serve as the follow-up scheduled for July 28th.
