[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i) / Disinfection residuals are tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features. Observed chemical readings were only being taken once a day, they must be tested and recorded every 4 hours when an ACC is not present.
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the disinfectant residual must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Repeat Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. Observed flow meter not working at time of inspection.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. Observed pH at 7.0 at time of inspection.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(a)(ii) / A USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line provided
Repeat A USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line was not provided at the unguarded pool. Observed at time of inspection that flotation device did not have a throw line.
Provide a proper floatation device at all times.
