Ladders/stairs/steps were not in good repair or were not slip resistant. Observed rust on ladder near room 023, right handle near locker rooms was loose. Handle near AED observed rusted.
Repair or replace the ladders/stairs/steps so that they are slip resistant and in good repair.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Repeat pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. Observed at 7 during inspection.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
