Critical Repeat New drain cover was installed prior to the pool opening but the facility did not have the required paperwork on site. Operaotr called and spoke with the manager who stated that they would contact the pool company who intalled the cover and would email a copy to the inspector.

Repeat Sign indicating the location of the emergency device (telephone) was not provided and emergency device was not visible in the pool area. Ensure that a sign informing patrons of the location of the emergency device is always visible in the pool area.
