Repeat A back/spine board with straps and head immobilizers was not provided at the guarded pool. No straps observed. Neck immobilizer observed in disrepair.
Provide a back/spine board with straps and a head immobilizer at the pool at all times. Please provide straps and a new neck immobilizer for the spineboard provided.
