Observed broken tile at pool steps and along top edge of pool liner.

Flow meter was broken at time of inspection and therefore a flow reading could not be obtained.
Operator to repair flow meter.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Observed gap at bottom of door closure on the west perimter barrier.
Per code, at no time shall a gap within the perimter barrier or between the perimter barrier and the ground exceed 6 in. Recommend repairing door closure to eliminate this sizable gap.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Repeat pH not observed at recommended ranges. At time of inspection, pH of pool measured >8.0.
Recommend dosing pH reducer (e.g. muriatic acid) to return pH to recommended ranges.
3701-31-04 (E)(3)(b) / "Children must be supervised" or "Swimming alone is not recommended" signs posted
Observed no "Swimming alone is not recommended" sign posted at pool.

Documentation of the main drain cover could not be provided on site; operator is unaware of the year cover was last replaced. Operator has until next standard inspection to provide such documentation and/or provide an action plan for having cover replaced by next standard inspection.
Recommend storing safety equipment along different perimeter wall at pool in order to make the safety equipment more accessible. Spine board not present at pool deck during operation hours. Operator confirmed that a new spine board is being ordered.
