Repeat Observed broken tile at pool steps and along top edge of pool liner.

Critical Documentation of the main drain cover could not be provided on site; operator is unaware of the year cover was last replaced.
Operator has until opening season 2022 to provide documentation that a new main drain cover has been installed.
3701-31-04 (B)(4) / The licensee /authorized representative is keeping records
Operator is not maintaining daily water quality logs. Logs that are completed are not dated.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Repeat Observed gap at bottom of door closure on the west perimter barrier.
Per code, at no time shall a gap within the perimter barrier or between the perimter barrier and the ground exceed 6 in. Recommend repairing door closure to eliminate this sizable gap.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(t) / Equipment/chemical/storage areas are free of hazards/accessible only to authorized personnel.
Critical Corrected During Inspection At time of inspection, equipment room was observed unlocked. Operator locked building on site.
Ensure that equipment room is locked when a staff member is not present to restrict access of unauthorized individuals.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(a)(iii) / A back/spine board is provided
No back/spine board is provided at the pool deck. It is also recommended to relocate all safety equipment to a different area of the pool so that the equipment is not hidden and behind bushes.

3701-31-04 (E)(3)(b) / "Children must be supervised" or "Swimming alone is not recommended" signs posted
Repeat Observed no "Swimming alone is not recommended" sign posted at pool.
