3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. The flow meter appeared to have something stuck inside of it and thus was not working or reading.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
3701-31-04 (D)(05) / Cyanuric acid level shall not exceed 70 ppm.
Cyanuric acid level exceeded 70 ppm. Observed cyanuric acid at 80 ppm.
Drain the pool at least halfway and fill with clean water. Monitor the amount of cyanuric acid being used and adjust accordingly.
