3701-31-04 (B)(1)(l) / Electrical hazards shall not exist.
Critical Electrical hazards were present in the pool area. Water observed dripping from pipe over pump motor onto improvised diversion method (i.e. a tile placed on top of the motor)
Do not operate the pool when an electrical hazard is present. Please fix the pipe dripping onto the pump as soon as possible
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(vi) / Total alkalinity is tested weekly
Total alkalinity was not tested weekly. No records found of alkalinity testing
Test total alkalinity at least once/week with full test kit.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(c)(iii) / Floor areas in equipment, filter and storage rooms shall be free of standing water
Water observed pooling from dripping pipes in pump room.
Fix broken pipes to prevent further leaking and pooling.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(o) / Ladders/stairs/steps are in good repair/slip resistent
Ladders/stairs/steps were not in good repair or were not slip resistant.
Repair or replace the ladders/stairs/steps so that they are slip resistant and in good repair.
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Repeat Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.
3701-31-04 (D)(8) / Acceptable test kit provided/adequate/in good repair
No full test kit found, only one for testing chlorine and pH.
Acquire a full testing kit and test for all chemicals (i.e. alkalinity, cyanuric acid)

Please keep injury and fecal incident report sheets on file for accidents and fix plastic gravel retainer around perimeter of pool to allow back gate to swing closed freely. Several Wasps/Hornets found in pump room, presumably from a nest in ventilation. Cannot verify if pump motor is the same or has been replaced.
