Critical Repeat Documentation of the main drain cover could not be provided on site; operator is unaware of the year cover was last replaced.
Operator has until opening season 2022 to provide documentation that a new main drain cover has been installed.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Repeat Observed gap at bottom of door closure on the west perimter barrier.
Per code, at no time shall a gap within the perimter barrier or between the perimter barrier and the ground exceed 6 in. Recommend repairing door closure to eliminate this sizable gap.

Repeat No back/spine board is provided at the pool deck.

Recommend turning water heater off to avoid water temperature from exceeding 90°F.
Water quality shall be tested daily at the pool deck prior to bathers entering the water and every twelve hours the public swimming pool is open for use.
A like-for-like automatic chemical controller (Hayward CAT 2000) has been replaced in the equipment room.
