[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(6) / Equipment is maintained per manufacturers specifications.
Repeat Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications as there is a leak underneath the throttle valve on the left hand side; leak in pool filer that needs to be addressed.
All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Repeat Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. Observed that facilities flow rate guages are not funtional as two of them were stuck and one was missing a bobber.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation. Ensure that new flow meters are repaired or replaced so that facility has a way of determining their flow rate.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. Observed that pool pH was recorded at 8.0, putting it outside the required range.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range. Ensure that facility is monitoring pH
