3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Repeat Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. Flow meter and pressure guage on filter are not functional.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation. Operator informed me that ecolab is coming out to change filter guages and flow meter.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Repeat pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. pH was observed to be at 8.2
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
