3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Repeat Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. Observed that flow meters are broken and non-functional.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation. Operator stated that they are going to use a different company to fix the gauges as previously stated.
