Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications. Pipe in front of pool filter is constantly leaking and needs to be repaired to prevent any leakage. Top of pool filter by pressure gauge is also leaking and creating a hard build up on top of the filter.
All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications.

Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. Flow meter for the pump and psi pressure gauge were both not functiononing and need to be replaced.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
