Combined chlorine was not tested daily at pool side prior to use.
Test for combined chlorine prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use combined chlorine must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the combined chlorine must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.

No paperwork available for main drains. However, main drains were replaced this season.

Observed multiple leaks on plumbing equipment in pump room.

Flow meter observed inoperable as bobber was stuck in meter.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.

Multiple loose ladders observed on pool deck.
Repair or replace the ladders/stairs/steps so that they are slip resistant and in good repair.
